Support Kareem’s Family in Gaza

Kareem Al-Masri and his family are living through unimaginable hardship in the Gaza Strip. Kareem lost his home, two brothers, cousins, friends, and nearly everything he had. Now, he and his family—11 people in total—are forced to live in a small tent, exposed to the sweltering summer heat with no electricity or relief.

The loss of Kareem’s brothers, Adham and Mustafa, left behind four orphaned children and two widows. Kareem now shoulders the responsibility of caring for his parents, his younger brothers, the widows, and the children. Every day is a struggle for the basics: food, clean water, and medicine. The children often go hungry, asking Kareem when they will eat again—questions he cannot answer. The family’s situation is dire, and the need for support is urgent.

Born and raised in the Shati refugee camp, Kareem worked hard to build a future, earning a business administration degree from Al-Aqsa University. Despite his education, he was never able to find work in his field, instead taking on any job he could—sales, construction, and more—to support his loved ones. When war broke out, even these difficult jobs disappeared.

I know Kareem through my close friend Sara who introduced us some time ago. I have verified that the information stated on this fundraiser is true and that Kareem is actually in Gaza. I intend to post updates with proof of transfers - visible for everyone -when I send them money for full transparency. We send the money to the family via cryptocurrency, as many financial platforms are currently blocked for Gaza since the start of the genocide, and because it is the cheapest and fastest way to get money sent instantly from Europe to Palestine.
