Support Kareem Williams' Battle with Brain Cancer
Donation protected
We are Laura (Auntie) and Mike (Unc) Bradley. We are raising funds to help out Kareem (Artist) Williams and his family.
Life has not been easy for Kareem (47 yrs old). Despite life’s challenges, due to Kareem’s strength and determination, he has successfully battled the highs and lows he has faced. He and his wife Fran (37 yrs old) have done whatever they needed to do to meet the ever-increasing needs of their family.
In February of 2023, Fran got pregnant with their third child, Eleyana (15 months old). She had an extremely difficult pregnancy. She was on bed rest and unable to work. During her pregnancy, they had to move from their home. They had to find a new home, which was a long process and hard, especially when Fran got pregnant with their fourth child, Lennox (5 months old), in February 2024, after just having their daughter Eleyana in November 2023.
The past two years have been a struggle for the Williams family. During that time, they ignored signs of Kareem being sick. He had been complaining of headaches and having mood swings that they thought were from stress and flu. In November 2024, they moved into a new home and Kareem was working. Things seemed to be going great, but unfortunately, they still ignored the headaches and signs of sickness. Due to ongoing car troubles, they were having difficulty getting Kareem properly diagnosed and treated for his ailments. Though they have had family and friends give them some support and assistance, now it just isn’t enough.
On January 26, 2025, while at home, Kareem collapsed, had a seizure, and became unresponsive. Fran had to perform CPR until paramedics arrived. Kareem has never been sick or hospitalized in his life. This is all new for him. Kareem has been recently made aware of two stage 4 glioblastoma cancer brain tumors. On February 6th, he had one large tumor removed and has another one which is inoperative due to its location and will require radiation to help reduce the size and hopefully improve his condition.
Due to his new diagnosis, Kareem is not and will not be able to work for an undetermined amount of time. Fran is and will need to be his primary caregiver. She will have to tend to his needs as well as their children. One of their children is a type one diabetic who has a history of frequent hospitalizations and necessary follow-up appointments.
The Williams family need your help to get them through this difficult journey. Any funds you can donate to go towards paying rent, medical bills, and other basic needs would be greatly appreciated. Sometimes in life, people need other people to help get through trying times. This is one of those times for the Williams family. Thank you for your support and contributions.
