Help a Pharmacy Student Recover After Highway Accident

Hi everyone,

My name is Kara, and I’m currently a second-year pharmacy student working hard to build a better future. Recently, I was involved in a bad car accident on the highway, and I’m now facing a major setback—both emotionally and financially.

The car, which was my only transportation to school, work, and my side hustle as a DoorDash driver, is now damaged and more recently determined to be totaled. The payout is now only covering how much is left owed on the car so I am left with no transportation nor any financial means to put a down deposit on a new one.

As this is already something that feels unattainable, other bills, medical expenses, and groceries start to feel out of reach as well. As someone already living paycheck to paycheck, this unexpected expense is overwhelming.
