Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m reaching out to share what I’ve been going through health-wise and to ask for support as I move forward with treatment.

For the past decade, I have been living with progressively worsening and complex health issues that have recently been identified as suspected multi-system endometriosis, affecting my pelvis, diaphragm/chest, and nasal passages. Over the past year especially, my symptoms have become severe and life-altering, impacting nearly every part of my daily functioning, including my ability to maintain stability and complete basic activities without pain or exhaustion.

Due to the progression of my symptoms, I had to step back from my career as a Pastry Chef and transition to work that is less physically demanding, though even that has become increasingly difficult to sustain. This has created significant financial strain while I continue to move forward with necessary care.

I am currently pursuing specialized excision surgery with a multidisciplinary team in New York in hopes of finding real relief and preventing further progression of this disease. Unfortunately, this level of specialized care comes with significant out-of-pocket costs, including surgeon fees, travel expenses, and additional surgical planning expenses, with more costs still expected as my treatment plan continues.

I have tried to manage everything on my own for as long as I can, but I have reached a point where I am no longer able to carry this burden alone. I am doing everything I can to move forward with necessary treatment, but I am now looking for support to access the care I truly need.
