Hey everyone,

Kara Grabowski is currently in Cleveland Clinic with liver failure from complications with her Cystic Fibrosis. While she is rapidly declining and waiting for a liver transplant, the medical bills are piling up, so our family wanted to start a go fund me for her and her husband, Dawson. Kara is the best sister, daughter, wife, and aunt that a person could ask for. She deserves all the help she can possibly get. She is only 24 years old and works hard to serve families in her community.
