Let’s Rally Around Kara Delancey

Many of you know and love Kara Delancey, our incredible G3 para. Kara has been a calm, steady presence in our classrooms — endlessly patient with our students, and always respectful, collaborative, and kind with our team. She values us deeply, and we value her just as much.

Unfortunately, Kara is now facing a major hardship. The hail-producing thunderstorm that recently tore through Marble Falls caused serious damage to her property — including her car, fencing, and trees.

As some of you may know, Kara is a single mom raising a teenage son, without financial support from family, and working as a para, which doesn’t leave much of a safety net.

If you’ve ever seen her in action — caring for our kids like they’re her own — you know how much she gives. Now it’s our turn to give back.
