Help My Brother Kao Fight Stage 4 Nasopharyngeal Cancer

At the beginning of this year, my brother Kao started experiencing severe nosebleeds, numbness on one side of his face, and intense facial nerve pain. After seeing multiple doctors and specialists, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Nasopharyngeal Cancer—a rare and aggressive cancer that had already spread to the lymph nodes in his neck.

For the past five months, Kao has been undergoing extensive and aggressive treatment, including 9 rounds of chemotherapy and 35 rounds of radiation. These treatments have taken a huge toll on his body—he’s lost a significant amount of strength and weight, and is now unable to eat due to radiation damage. He currently relies on a feeding tube for nutrition.

Kao has always been the primary provider for his family, but he hasn’t been able to work during this difficult time. As the weeks go by, medical costs and everyday expenses continue to build, and our family’s savings are quickly running out.
