Kao Vang, is the youngest of 6 children. On October 6, 2025, Kao was diagnosis with liver cirrhosis (Hepatitis B) and was admitted to the hospital. He stayed at the hospital for a week. He was finally stabilized enough but still has a very high liver enzymes levels. He got discharged to go home with medications.

A week later, he went in to get some blood draws to check on his liver. The next day, they called and told him to go to the ER immediately. While at the hospital he was evaluated for a liver transplant but due to his health and vitals depleting at a very fast rate he couldn't proceed with the transplant. With his O2 and blood pressure drop rapidly he had a heart attack and was put into a comatose state. From there every organs began to fail.

On October 26 around 10:30 PM at the age of 47 he was taken off life support and passed away. Leaving behind 3 brothers and one sister. He was single and never been married. He has so much dreams and potential in life that he wanted to accomplish.
