Hello everyone! My name is Kane Poje, and I have an incredible opportunity ahead of me. I've qualified to compete in the hammer throw event at the Junior Olympics on July 24th, 2024, in College Station, Texas! This is a dream come true for me, and I'm reaching out to you for support.

When I joined the Tri-Valley Track and Field team less than a year ago, this was something I couldn't have imagined accomplishing. I would like to thank my coaches—Sully, Mr. Eckhoff, Mr. Closs, Mr. Furman, Wolf, and my parents—for their dedication to me and my progress. Their support has allowed me to be listed as the #1 freshman hammer thrower in the country. This challenge is pushing me to be the best athlete I can possibly be and is giving me an opportunity to gain an edge when it comes to my future college endeavors, as well as bringing back a medal for Tri Valley CSD and my community.

To make this journey possible, I am seeking financial assistance to cover travel expenses. The costs include airfare, accommodation, ground transportation, and meals during the competition days.
