On April 24, 2026, Kandi Crews suffered life-changing burns as a result of domestic violence. She was airlifted to the nearest Burn Center and remains in the Intensive Care unit. Kandi was burned over 47% of her body and has already undergone multiple surgeries, with more ahead and a long road to recovery.

The financial burden of medical bills and ongoing care during this time is overwhelming. Donations will help cover medical expenses, ongoing care, and support Kandi’s recovery. Kandi’s family is doing everything possible to be by her side, but the costs are mounting quickly. She will need specialized treatments, rehabilitation, and ongoing support to help her regain her strength and independence. The emotional toll is immense, but the outpouring of love and encouragement from friends, family, and the community has been a source of hope.
