A film with a special purpose. A film to help us learn about humanity's history, specifically India’s and Pakistan’s partition. We want to raise funds to create the story that follows Veda, an Indian-British girl who dives into her family's past and discovers the complexities of human relationships throughout time.
Why Donate? We will use everything we collect wisely to use it for:
- Equipment: camera lenses, sound gear, electrical tools, emergency kits.
- Location Fees: location scouting and securing permits.
- Props
- Set Dressing: we want to make each location look and feel special and unique to make this story resonate with everyone who watches it.
- Food: feeding a hard-working team of 30+ people that works 12 hours (or sometimes more) for multiple days to create this film.
- Film Distribution/Awareness: festival fees
- Transportation: having a team of 30+ people isn't an easy task in a big city. However, by having the resources, anything is possible.
- Post-production: hard drives, sound effects, video effects.
We are shooting on July 26, 27 & 28!.
Every time you help, we are one step closer to success.
Our success is your success!
