On October 17, 2025, my beautiful little sister, Kamri, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoid Leukemia (ALL).

On October 16 at 11:00 pm, we received a call from Kamri's doctor that her labs came back concerning and that we needed to go to Primary Children's Hospital immediately. We arrived at the hospital around midnight, and by 5:00 pm on the 17th, she had 4 blood transfusions, 3 platelet transfusions, and a diagnosis of Cancer.

We later found out she has an iAMP21 marker, meaning she is considered high-risk, requiring a more intensive treatment. Kamri has had surgery to place her port for long-term treatment, bone marrow biopsies, and several lumbar punctures, with many more to come.

Kamri is a 17-year-old beautiful, kind, genuine, and pure-hearted woman. Even in the midst of this unexpected trial, Kamri continues to be the light in the room and carry herself with so much strength and grace. She has dreams and goals for her future and is determined to achieve them.

This fund was created to ease the financial burdens that follow an unforgiving, serious diagnosis. Your support will cover medical treatments, egg retrievals so she can start a family in the future, and all the expenses needed to overcome this health battle.

Update (12.13.25)

Today Kamri decided it was time to shave the hair she had left. The thinning and bald patches were causing her more insecurity. Kamri was joined by our mom, dad, step dad, and twin brothers during this next chapter. It was so special to watch them all take this leap together.

I don’t believe I’ve introduced myself yet. My name is Kelsiee and I’m the person running this fundraiser. I’m Kamris big sister (by 8 years) and love her more than anything in this world.
