While on vacation in Florida a heart breaking accident changed our family's life forever. My 3 year old Nephew, Kaleb, was airlifted to AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, where he spent nine days in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, surrounded by love, hope, and the unwavering care of his medical team. Despite every effort, every prayer, and the deep love that filled his room each day, Kaleb’s little light was called home.

This loss is indescribable. There are no words to capture the pain of losing a child so young, so full of life, and so deeply loved. Kaleb’s passing has left a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew him but most of all, in the lives of his parents, Antonio and Julie, and his siblings, Karlee and Khiry.

In the days since this tragedy, many have reached out, asking how they can help. Your prayers, your kind words, and your presence mean more than you’ll ever know. The family is now also facing the heavy burden of medical expenses and the difficult arrangements that follow such an unimaginable loss.
