Hello, as you know our friend and fellow hairstylist, Kailey, has been diagnosed with cancer. During the third trimester of her pregnancy, she was experiencing severe pain on the back of her leg. The doctors determined a sarcoma had been growing in her soft tissue and treatment would need to start right away.

Thankfully, she was able to deliver the baby without complications. Kailey and her husband, Jeremy, welcomed their sweet baby girl, Camden Grace, on January 14th. Baby girl is healthy and happy, and doing amazing!

In the week following, Kailey's doctors mapped out a treatment plan of chemotherapy, radiation & surgery spanning nearly 42 weeks. Some chemo rounds will be inpatient and she'll need to stay in the hospital for 5 days at a time. Her treatment started February 24th.

Kailey is in good spirits, remaining positive (as she always does!) and ready to beat this. Obviously, all of this will be extremely taxing financially, emotionally, mentally and physically. A cancer diagnosis is enough on its own, let alone as brand-new first time parents.

We'd like to set up a cleaning service for their home once a week while she's undergoing treatment. It's one small thing we can take off their plate. If you'd like to donate that would be greatly appreciated.
