Support Kailey Peters in Her Cancer Battle

Hi all - I am setting up a Go Fund Me for Kailey Peters, a beautiful, sweet & faith-filled 19 year old girl who is loved by many. She is one of my daughter's best friends & has recently been diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer.

Kailey is a 2023 graduate from Indianola High School. She and her family moved to Florida last summer & she is a student at Hillsborough Community College where she is a member of their volleyball team. Kailey began having health issues in Sept 2023 & they were unable to determine the cause. Recently, additional testing was done as her health continued to decline. An endoscopy revealed a tumor in her stomach. Kailey is still undergoing additional testing (PET scan, bone marrow biopsy & lumbar puncture to name a few). At this point, we know that at a minimum, Kailey will begin Chemo treatments very soon. Additional treatment is yet to be determined.

Kailey obviously won't be able to work this summer, and of course, her family will be missing work to care for her and to take her doctor appointments & provide care to her. The Peters family has many friends that they have met over the years through church, volleyball, dance, work, etc. & they have been asked by many what can be done to help out them out.

First and foremost, the Peters family has very strong faith & they believe in the power of prayer. Please pray daily for Kailey & her family. Any funds donated to Kailey and her family will be used for future school expenses for Kailey, as well as medical expenses that they will incur.
