Our fur baby, Kahlua, has recently been diagnosed with cancer (soft tissue sarcoma) from VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialist. We are committed to doing everything possible to provide the treatment she needs to fight this illness. Kahlua’s surgery to have her mass removed is scheduled for this month and we are praying it is a low-grade tumor and will be fully removed. ❤️

❤️. We adopted Kahlua from Pupz N Pals and from the moment we met Kahlua, she captured our hearts completely. She quickly became the beloved baby of our family, showered with love and affection from everyone. Now at 10 years old, she still has so much life and joy to share with us. Kahlua is truly Mama's girl, there is no denying that! Working from home has allowed me the incredible blessing of spending every moment with her. She has a special way of communicating with her love, whether it is through her excited barks when we come home or the way she cuddles closer during quiet moments. ❤️

❤️ Our lives would be unimaginable without her. In the midst of losing my parents unexpectedly, Kahlua was my steadfast companion, offering comfort when I needed it most. I could feel her concern as she leaned against me, as if to say, "I'm here for you." Now, it is my turn to be by her side and reassure her that together, we can face any challenge that comes our way. I am committed to making her golden years filled with happiness and love, creating beautiful memories together that we can hold onto forever. However, the costs associated with Kahlua’s surgery are overwhelming, and we find ourselves in a difficult position as we strive to give Kahlua the best chance for recovery. ❤️

❤️ The estimated expenses for Kahlua’s treatment, which covers surgeries (this does not include any other medications, or treatment she may need after surgery) is more than we anticipated.
