Our hearts are heavy as we ask for help for Kadin Hanifen, our son’s dear friend, who was seriously injured in an electric scooter accident. What started as an ordinary day with friends suddenly became a frightening, life-changing situation when Kadin lost control of the scooter and suffered serious injuries. In an instant, Kadin’s family was faced with the shock of this accident, the stress of a difficult recovery, and unexpected medical expenses that no family is ever prepared for. Kadin has so much life ahead of him, and right now Kadin needs time, care, and the support of the people around him as recovery begins.

We are starting this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden on Kadin’s family so they can focus on what matters most: Kadin’s recovery.
