Hi, my name is Kaden. I am a first-generation student finishing up my undergrad and preparing to go to medical school. A lot of this preparation includes commuting to multiple hospitals and other locations for volunteer shifts and shadowing.

I have recently put in a lot of money for routine maintenance (tires, brakes, and battery) for my car to get it to last throughout medical school, but last night I was caught in a hit and run while I was parked at a going away party for my friend. My car is no longer drivable, and I only have liability insurance, so any repair or payment for a new car will come out of my own pocket unless the person responsible is found. I do not have family support, so I am reaching out and hoping that the community may be able to help me raise some money to purchase a new car so that I can continue to give back to my community and pursue my dream of becoming a doctor.
