Support Justin's Post-Adversity Mission to Build Resiliency

Donation protected
Hey there, I’m Justin Stoddard, and I need your help—and I’m willing to work for it!

I’ve started a speaking business called Climbing the Mountain, LLC (CTM), where I share how adversity can be used as a catalyst for personal and professional growth. I believe that every hardship we face can become a steppingstone to a better future if we take the right approach. My passion is helping individuals, teams, and organizations reframe challenges into opportunities for innovation and resiliency.

For years, I’ve mentored and supported others—from military leaders to civilian executives facing tough decisions. Now, after a bitter and costly divorce, I’m rebuilding from the ground up and putting my own resilience theories to the test. This adversity is another chance for me to learn and grow. Despite my personal challenges, my mission remains the same: to help others—veterans dealing with PTSD, TBI, and reintegration, companies in crisis, and individuals seeking the tools to build resilience and thrive.

The struggles I’ve experienced have cut deep, yet they’ve also deepened my capacity to serve others. And that’s where I need your support. This fundraiser isn’t just a fundraiser…it’s more than that. It’s about giving someone deeply committed to service a runway to land safely and rise strong. Your support will help me expand CTM’s reach, empowering people to see their challenges as opportunities for growth, and giving them the tools to thrive despite adversity.

Who am I?
I’m a combat veteran, a medically retired Army officer, and a researcher with a PhD in Higher Education Leadership and Resilience. I’ve spoken at numerous conferences, published work on resiliency, and served as a professor in character and leadership development. You can learn more about my business at Climbing the Mountain, LLC (https://climbingthemountain.blue/), check out my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@ClimbingtheMountain360), or find me on LinkedIn.

What can I do for you?
Here’s what I propose to reach my ultimate $75K+ goal. Below is a breakdown of what I can offer in return for your generosity:
• Donations of $100 or less: A heartfelt handwritten or emailed thank-you note with personal tips on how to turn adversity into growth.
• Donations of $101-$250: A one-hour virtual coaching session to discuss building personal resiliency and strategies to thrive through challenges.
• Donations of $251-$1000: Four one-hour coaching sessions to dive deeper into turning obstacles into opportunities in your personal or professional life.
• Donations of $1001-$2500: A 45-minute virtual workshop for you and your team on how individual resiliency fosters team resiliency and enhances overall performance.
• Donations of $2501-$5000: A 90-minute virtual, or local in-person workshop to explore individual, team, and leadership resiliency, offering actionable strategies to turn adversity into success.
• Donations of $5000-$10,000: I will fly to your location and deliver a 90-minute in-person workshop for your team, focusing on practical strategies for overcoming adversity and thriving together.
• Donations over $10,000: A personalized, in-person keynote speech for your organization or event. I’ll work closely with you to tailor the presentation to your needs, focusing on resiliency, leadership, and turning adversity into growth. The keynote will be designed to inspire and equip your team to thrive through challenges. This includes my travel and accommodation (within the U.S. or internationally), as well as a 90-minute presentation with follow-up Q&A.

If you're considering a larger donation or a different way I can help, please reach out, and we can discuss how I can serve you or your organization in building a resilient future.

A Note to the Critics:
To be clear, I’m not looking for a handout; I’m looking for an opportunity to work and help others using the insights and talents I’ve developed. I truly believe that adversity can be a powerful tool for growth, and my aim is to share my research and message of resiliency. By bouncing forward from this difficult chapter, I hope to turn this challenge into a platform for others to learn how to keep moving forward and grow as they learn from their struggles. You Can Do It...and I would be honored to help.

Thank you for your support—every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. When you respond, please let me know how I can best support you.

Thank You...and Keep Moving Forward!
