What could have been a tragedy was thankfully just a bump in the road for my baby boy, Justin. Yesterday morning, he was hit by a Mac truck and rushed to the hospital. Justin fractured his skull, but there are no signs of brain damage or bleeding in the brain. The only long-lasting injury that could be a possibility is loss of hearing in the right ear from what I understand. He has some cracked ribs and minor injuries, but he is doing really well considering. He’s walking around normally, talking normally, and he’s doing excellent. It’s a miracle really, as he’s expected to be discharged from the hospital today.

I've never started a GoFundMe before, but this poor kid put every single penny that he had into the van he was driving, and he needs to get a new vehicle because he lives 30-40 mins away from work. He’s also going to be out of work with no income while he heals. He will be resting for the next few months, so I’m hopeful that within that time frame, some of you will find it in your heart to help him out a little bit so that when he’s feeling better, he will be able to get to work. I’m thankful that he’s not only alive, but that so many people have reached out already. I would love to give him some money so that he can focus on healing instead of worrying about finances.
