Support Justin's Open Heart Surgery Recovery

Hello,  

I would like to introduce you to this young family who is going through some major medical complications.

Justin and Rachel have 3 young children. Recently, Justin was diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve. He will be undergoing open-heart surgery November 11th to replace the faulty valve with a mechanical valve. 

Rachel does not have a job at this time, as she has been a stay-at-home mom for the last few years. At this time Justin is the sole breadwinner. Thankfully, he has a wonderful job as a  Delivery Driver and Technician that is encouraging him to do whatever he needs to in order to be healthy, but he will still need to take considerable time off for recovery. Even once he is able to return to work, he will likely be on light duty for up to two months after his surgery, which will result in a smaller paycheck. 

We are asking for your help to ease the financial burden of this family.  Any help is appreciated.
