On March 14th, our lives changed in an instant. My uncle, Justin, was attacked and stabbed on the street by a complete stranger in an unthinkable act of violence.

He is now across the country, in critical condition, on life support, fighting for his life.

Our family is completely heartbroken and still trying to process how something like this could happen to someone so undeserving. Justin is more than just my uncle—he is a son, a brother, a friend, and truly one of the kindest people you could ever meet. Anyone who knows him knows how genuine, caring, and good-hearted he is.

As we stand by his side during this incredibly painful and uncertain time, we are also facing overwhelming financial stress. The cost of emergency care, surgeries, and ongoing life support in the ICU is more than we could have ever prepared for.

In addition, Justin’s mother has had to travel suddenly to be with him, and the expenses for flights, lodging, food, and time away from work are adding to the burden during this already devastating time.

Any donation, no matter how small, truly makes a difference and helps lift some of the burden off our family so we can focus on what matters most—being there for Justin.
