Hi my name is Justin stapler. I have a torn and herniated disk in my back and in need of surgery to fuse my vertebrae. I am trying to raise money to pay bills and support my family while I am out of work to recover from the surgery. The dr told me the recovery time out of work would be 6-8 weeks. I have a wife and 3 kids that depend on me and I am wanting the surgery so I can continue to be there and be healthy and work to provide for them.
