Hi, I'm Dustin Booher. I have a co-worker who had a massive heart attack at work on the morning of August 29th, 2024.

Justin Shade, 36, of Mapleton, Pa, collapsed in front of a coworker. CPR was performed and an AED was used until EMS arrived. He was then transported to the local hospital and flown to the nearest trauma center where it was determined that he had a massive heart attack and fractured skull.

He is the sole provider for his family and his medical bills are quickly adding up and it is unknown at this time how long it may be until he can return to work.
