Support Justin Bean’s Recovery

Donation protected
On January 13th, our brother and fellow first responder, Justin Bean, suffered a serious fall from the back of an ambulance while preparing for shift change. He was found altered and confused and was transported to UPMC.

Justin has no memory of the events before or after the fall and continues to struggle with memory loss, headaches, blurred vision, weakness, and pain. After worsening symptoms, he was admitted to WVU Ruby, evaluated by Neurology, and is now following up with the WVU TBI Clinic. He will be starting physical, occupational, and speech therapy and will be out of work for an extended period of time.

We are raising money to help support Justin and his family with medical expenses, travel, and lost wages as he focuses on recovery.

As first responders, we always show up for others — now it’s our turn to show up for one of our own. Please consider donating if you’re able and sharing this page to help spread the word.

Thank you for your support.
