Hello, my name is Justin Tolliver, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for support during an incredibly difficult time. Recently, I was diagnosed with Spinocerebellar Ataxia (SCA), a rare, progressive degenerative disease that affects my brain and nervous system, slowly taking away my ability to move and function normally. It has been devastating, not just for me, but for my 9-year-old son, Maddox, who depends on me.

With the impact of this illness, I am no longer able to work or provide in the way I used to. The mounting everyday expenses and the responsibility of raising Maddox have become overwhelming. I never thought I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask for help, but right now, my son and I need support to get through this tough time.
