On Thursday, September 30, Justin and Jason were in a serious accident in Eaton, Colorado. Both boys fell backwards off a truck. They were immediately transferred to Northern Colorado Medical Center in Greeley where doctors discovered Justin suffered a broken skull and brain bleed and Jason suffered a fractured skull and brain bleed. Almost immediately after arriving to NCMC, they were both flown to Children's Hospital Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora.
Justin remains sedated in the PICU at Children's Hospital Colorado. Jason was released from the PICU on Saturday and is recovering and receiving intense therapy in another unit at Children's Hospital Colorado.
