Hello everyone, my name is Justice. Most of you may know that Christmas 2024 my life changed in an instant when me and my daughter was involved in a devastating car accident, that left me with significant injuries, including:

• Two broken legs

• A broken nose

• A broken left arm

• A broken neck

• Multiple facial fractures and lacerations

• Foot fractures

Thanks to the incredible generosity of friends, family, church family, community, and even strangers, the first GoFundMe campaign helped cover my initial medical bills and recovery expenses. I will forever be grateful for all of the support that has carried me through those darkest days. My heart is truly full just to feel all of the love and support that I’ve received!

*Facial Reconstructive Surgery*

The accident unfortunately left me with significant facial trauma. Although I’ve come so far physically and emotionally, reconstructive procedures are essential to restore function, alleviate discomfort, and help me regain confidence in my appearance.

This surgery isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about closing a painful chapter and reclaiming my sense of self. Also to have everything on my face functioning properly. Unfortunately, insurance won’t cover the full cost, and the expenses (including surgery, aftercare, and rehabilitation) are overwhelming.

The Treatment Plan:

My care is split into two stages with three separate trips to my specialist, Dr. T (total cost: $34,199)

Stage 1 (First Trip)

- Surgery #1:OR/Anesthesia – $5,850

- Laser treatment

- Advanced flap (right cheek)

- Nasal reconstruction

- Eyelid reconstruction

- 1-week stay for recovery

Stage 2 (6 Weeks Later – Second Trip)

- Surgery #2: OR/Anesthesia – $3,349

- Right lip lift

- Melolabial flap (right side)

- Right cheek scar revision

- 1-week stay for recovery

Final Follow-Up (1 Month Later – Third Trip)

- Right upper blepharoplasty (eyelid refinement)
