Hello everyone ♡

We wanted to share an update about Guttsu's medical journey. Many of you know that Justice and I started this GoFundMe to be able to afford vital x-rays and testing that would help us understand why Guttsu's health is declining. With the funds that you all helped us raise, we were able to have some necessary testing done, and get answers as to what is going on with our baby boy.

Unfortunately, the answers we got weren't the answers we were hoping for. On Friday (8/22), Guttsu was diagnosed with a serious form of cancer. This boy is a fighter, and despite his lethargy, he still loves to eat (basically anything), run short distances, and play. He seems happy and comfortable, especially when cuddling with daddy and/or his whale toy, or being with his family and his doggy siblings Mileena and Raiden.

He enjoyed a birthday cookie after his diagnosis (he just turned 11!) and was pampered with new toys and treats. He is a warrior, and Justice and I are committed to doing everything we can to keep him happy, comfortable, and pain-free.

We will be leaving the GoFundMe up as we navigate this next chapter of palliative care, medications, and vet visits. You are still welcome to share and donate if you feel called to do so.
