Support Juno's Fight Against a Mysterious Illness

Hi, my name is Erin. I live in Florida, and Juno is my dog and my very best friend. She is the biggest light in my life, and I love her more than anything. It pains me to see her like this and I want to be able to help her the best way that I can.

On Monday, August 19th, we noticed a small bump on Juno’s right eye, which I originally thought was just a sty. I took her to the vet 2 days later. Following this initial visit, her condition took a turn for the worse, and over the next few days, it got completely out of hand. It has been almost two weeks now, and she has seen over 8 different vets at 3 different pet hospitals, and despite that, her illness is still a mystery. They believe it could be Blepharitis, but they have never seen it present this quickly and severely.

She has been hospitalized twice already, and the vets are doing all they can, but unfortunately, the bills are racking up fast. She has two more scheduled visits coming up next week, and we hope not to have to take her back to the emergency vet before then. We are awaiting the results of a culture, but if those results do not tell us enough, her vets are recommending that we do a biopsy as our next step.

We’ve maxed out a few credit cards, and it is becoming difficult to pay for her care. As I said before, Juno is my best friend, and I just want her to be ok. Please consider donating or supporting by sharing with others.
