Support Junior's Family: Snowmachine Accident
Donation protected
On December 14th, our dear friend Junior LaTocha experienced a life-changing snowmachine accident, resulting in the loss of his left leg.
Junior is the hardworking owner of Alaskan Electricians, a small independent electrical company serving the Anchorage and Eagle River communities. As the main provider for his family, including his two children, Junior has always given his all to support those around him.
Like many small business owners in Alaska, affording health insurance has been a challenge, and unfortunately, Junior was uninsured at the time of the accident.
We are reaching out to the incredible generosity of our community, fellow snowmachine riders, and outdoor enthusiasts to rally around Junior and his family in this time of need. Your generous support will help cover a small portion of the overwhelming medical and ICU expenses as Junior begins the road to recovery.
Let’s come together to show this amazing family that they’re not alone. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
As of December 15th, Junior is waiting for a second surgery to remove an additional section of his left leg above the knee and install rods into his upper femur. He is currently in the ICU at Providence Hospital. Please reach out with love and support if you know him personally.
