Support June’s Spine Recovery Journey

As most of you that see this already know, I have been dealing with major health (Spine) issues for several months. Things have gotten worse over the last month or so, and now I am currently in a back brace and walking with a cane. This has caused me to not be able to work and so I currently have zero income coming in.

I do have a disability claim currently pending but I’ve been told by the SSA that it could take up to 7 months before I get an answer if I’m approved or not. They have had the claim for about 2 months now. As some of you know, I’ve been doing 1099 contract work since moving to Arizona to support myself. I enjoy working for myself and helping others but the downside to that is because I was 1099, I don’t qualify for FMLA, short or long term disability through an employer, or unemployment - which I applied for anyway about a month and a half ago - was denied. I also went to the state government for financial assistance and was denied there also - hence why this GoFundMe is being made today.

I have completely as of last month depleted all of my savings in order to keep up with all of my bills. This month I’m falling behind quickly and with the end of the month coming up and even more coming due, I’m starting to truly stress and freak out.
