Our dog June Bug has to have an emergency surgery to have a full hysterectomy because she had a terrible uterine infection. She has a pyometra and will not survive without the surgery. We just had our second baby, who spent a week in the NICU after he was born, and we are currently paying medical bills. I'm currently on maternity leave, and my husband will be going on paternity leave Monday as I go back to work.
