UPDATE #2:
Hey guys,
June Bug has been diagnosed with T-Cell lymphoma. Unfortunately, it is a fatal type of systemic cancer that will come back post remission. She started treatment yesterday and has been responding extremely well. Going forward, my only goal is to keep her happy, active, and comfortable until the bitter end. This entails treatment, and spoiling her ass until it doesn’t work. Thank you all for your help, and please consider donating and sharing to help make that possible for her as long as we can manage. Words cannot describe the appreciation I have for all of you who have helped share and donate. Please continue to share and donate so we can keep her as comfortable, happy, and feeling like her old self as much as possible.
UPDATE:
June has a cancerous mass in her chest, thank you all for your support in this time, it has been invaluable to me and June, and all those who love her! Next step is getting her to the oncologist on Tuesday. She is currently home with me, slowly eating pork chops, boiled chicken, and drinking water and bone broth. She’s lost about ten pounds in the last week and a half so the main concern is getting her calories in. Will continue to update as more is revealed by the vets. Thank you all for your support and care.
Hello,
my name is Paul and I’m raising money for my dog June Bug. Took her to the emergency vet last night, waited eight hours to be seen. Her kidneys are damaged and she is currently being hospitalized to figure out what’s causing the issue, restore fluids, and reduce her blood calcium levels. If you know me, you know this dog is the central fixture of my life and I would do anything to make sure she’s happy and healthy. It is not in my nature to ask for help for something like this, but I cannot bear the idea of being unable to treat her medical condition. I’ve spent about $3800 on diagnostics and the first 24 hours of hospitalization, and was just let go from my job. Any contribution helps. Please donate what you can and share with anyone you think may be sympathetic to the cause. Thank you for reading, and potentially donating to help keep her happy and healthy.
