It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Julio Munoz Santiago, who left us on Monday, March 17th, 2025, after suffering a sudden and severe heart attack.

Born on June 2nd 1958, in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico, Julio was a remarkable man, standing out even among his many siblings. He moved from Puerto Rico to Wilmington, DE, where he built a beautiful life with his cherished family.

Julio was a one-of-a-kind personality, someone who made his presence felt wherever he went. His infectious smile, unforgettable laugh, and truly unique character left an indelible mark on everyone he met.

He is survived by his loving wife, Milta (Coco), and their three children: Julio Jr. (41), Irmarie (38), and Juan (34). While these are his immediate survivors, his extended family and countless friends also mourn his loss, as his love and influence reached far and wide.

During this incredibly difficult time, we humbly ask for any assistance you may be able to offer. All contributions will go directly toward supporting his viewing and funeral services.
