Help Juliette Dietl Fight Glioblastoma – Hope Through a Clinical Trial

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help as my daughter faces a renewed battle against glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), an aggressive and unforgiving form of brain cancer. After bravely enduring surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation during her initial diagnosis at just 13 years old, we recently received the devastating news: two tumors have returned. She underwent surgery in April 2025 to remove both tumors successfully. She beat the odds 5 years ago and will again!

Standard treatment is no longer recommended in her case, and her best chance now lies in a promising clinical trial located in Philadelphia. This cutting-edge treatment could offer hope where traditional options fall short — but it requires monthly travel for at least a year, and potentially much longer.

This journey will come with major emotional and financial challenges. In addition to ongoing medical expenses, we’re now facing the high cost of travel, housing, and related care. On top of this, my daughter is currently unable to work, as the recent surgery affected sensation on her left side and has limited her physical abilities.

We’re setting up this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden so she can focus all her energy on healing. The funds raised will go toward:

Travel and lodging costs for monthly trips to Philadelphia

Medical bills and treatment-related expenses not covered by insurance

Support for lost wages while she is unable to work
