This is Julita Serviss, a loving mother who's battling stage 3 ovarian cancer. Julita was diagnosed last July and has been bravely taking it head on since. In October she had surgery to remove the tumors, but the cancer had unfortunately already spread. On Nov 3, she started chemotherapy.

In February of 2022, Julita's husband passed away after a yearslong battle against health complications caused by diabetes. She's not alone in her fight, though, as her daughter, son-in-law, niece, and plenty of other family and friends stand by her side to comfort and encourage her through these trying times.

Julita has always been health conscious, which is why the diagnosis came as a shock. She eats healthy, regularly goes to the gym, lives a pretty social lifestyle, and she loves to cook!

We need help though. Julita is retired, and the treatment is costly, adding undue stress when she needs it the least. We are doing what we can to help and support her physically, emotionally, and financially, but we need a little extra push, not just to help her get by, but to really help her thrive!
