Our niece, Julienne, is a bright, talented young woman with a voice that could light up a room. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with dreams of becoming a singer-songwriter, she bravely moved to Los Angeles to chase her passion. Like many aspiring artists, Julienne has been hustling, working as a hostess and nanny to make ends meet.
Just as her career was starting to take off, life threw a curveball. What began as what seemed like a cold turned into a shocking diagnosis: Stage 2 Large B Cell Lymphoma. A large mass was discovered behind her heart, requiring immediate action.
Julienne is now undergoing chemotherapy, with five-day in-hospital treatments every three weeks for the next four months. Unfortunately, this will make it impossible for her to keep working, putting a strain on her finances.
We, her aunt and uncle, George and Sally, are reaching out for your help. Donations will go towards covering Julienne's rent, medical bills, and any unforeseen costs related to her treatment or illness that insurance might not cover.
