Julie Ouye is a beloved, fourth grade teacher, wife, and mom to a two-year-old. This fall she was diagnosed with breast cancer and recently learned that the cancer has spread to her lymph nodes.

Because the cancer has spread, she needs additional medical treatments to fight cancer. Kaiser will not be covering all of the treatments through insurance, which leaves many out-of-pocket expenses and puts a financial burden on her family.

This GoFundMe is set up by parents of her students independent of the school or district.
