Support Julia's Recovery from Hurricane Damage
Donation protected
Friends,
I am Jeff Mace, General Manager at Ellenton Premium Outlets and on behalf of the team at Ellenton Premium Outlets, we are putting together a fundraiser to assist our housekeeper at Ellenton Premium Outlets. Julia lost her home in Hurricane Milton. She lived in the house by herself after her husband passed away 2 years ago. During the storm, she lost the roof as well as extensive flooding inside the house resulting in her losing everything inside. The damage is extensive, and the home is not habitable any longer. The roof and floor are sagging, the carpets are soaked, and now mold is setting in.
Julia has been with us for several years in Ellenton, first as a housekeeper and then promoted a few months ago to the supervisor position in housekeeping. Julia even showed up to her shift on Friday, the day after the storm hit that destroyed her home.
Julia is currently staying with her daughter who also lives in the area. She can't travel to other areas for housing. She's applied to FEMA for emergency relief, but that will take time.
We hope you will consider helping her pull together enough money to help Julia replace household items such as linens, towels, dishes, and furniture. Thank you for your generosity, and please keep Julia and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
I am excited to announce that we exceeded our goal to help Julia with her household items because of each of your generous donations. I am now going to withdraw the money and have it sent to my savings account where I will make a withdraw for the total amount and present to Julia in cash at our next staff meeting here at Ellenton Premium Outlet as well as to let her know about all the people who helped with this.
Thank you.
