Hello Family and Friends,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my oldest son, Ricky, and his amazing wife, Erika, who just welcomed and were blessed with their first child, my first grandbaby, a beautiful baby boy named Julián Rosales.

Julián was born on May 14th, 2025, with a congenital heart defect, known as Tetrology of Fallot.  Since birth, he has been receiving treatment at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Just weeks after birth, on June 2nd, he underwent open-heart surgery. While the surgery was a success, Julián’s journey is far from over. His doctors have shared that he will remain in ICU and need additional heart surgeries once he's strong enough to endure them.

Since his birth, Ricky and Erika have remained by his side every step of the way. Their days are filled with love, worry, and hope as they care for their little heart warrior, uncertain of when they’ll finally get to bring him home and begin their life together as a family.

We’ve created this GoFundMe to ask for any help you can offer to ease the financial burden they’re facing, from medical expenses to everyday needs. Your generosity will allow them to focus fully on Julián’s healing without added stress.
