Support Julianne's Recovery Journey

Story

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals, Julianne Scheelhaase, a loving mother of three young children, recently had complex brain surgery. The family now faces significant challenges. She had a seizure, at her home and was rushed by ambulance to the hospital to have emergency brain surgery. She had a bleed, followed by a stroke and they found and removed a sizeable clot. She was placed in an induced coma for 8 days. The surgery was the start of a long and challenging recovery. As a result, Julianne is unable to work and help provide for the children. Medical bills are accumulating, with ongoing expenses for rehabilitation, therapy, lost income etc. Her husband Jesse has not left her side. He has been off of work and would like to continue to stay with her as long as he can. She'll eventually be moved to Madonna Rehabilitation in Omaha, Nebraska for rehabilitation and with that will surely come hefty medical expenses. To know Julianne is to love her, she's been a sister to me since the day we met, she takes great pride in her work and raising her kids right, having them involved in sports and all the animals around the farm! She's one of my favorite people, along with my brother Jesse. You won't find a more kind hearted soul than him, he works his butt off to keep their lives running smoothly and loves Julianne deeply. He's involved in every aspect of her care, he's been helping her eat and always makes her smile. 'I love you Jesse' were her first words after the breathing tube came out! This GoFundMe campaign helps ease the financial burden on Jesse, Julianne and the family. Donations will help cover: Medical bills and ongoing treatment Rehabilitation and physical therapy Essential living expenses (groceries, utilities, etc.) Every donation helps Julianne focus on healing and getting back to her children. Prayers, well wishes, and positive thoughts for Julianne and the family are appreciated! Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support! With heartfelt gratitude, Julianne's family & friends
