I'm just trying to not lose my father's house before it sells for the probate process. I'm currently unemployed, and the estate is out of funds. If I lose this house or let it go, I will owe $1500 to the estate lawyer that I don't have either. I need to survive the selling process to come out of this alright. Thank you, Julia
