Julia (Laggren) Bride and Patrick Bride are expecting their second baby in September and received the heavy news that she has an extremely rare heart condition called Heterotaxy. Furthermore, their baby girl has a severe and complicated case that will require at least three open-heart surgeries and potentially surgeries on other organs. They are planning to deliver at Boston Children’s Hospital, the best in the country for this condition. They believe, “Our little Lucky Penny will come out being a fighter ready to face any and all challenges that may come her way.”

Since they will temporarily be moving cross-country, they are praying for a strong support system. While they are only asking for prayers, we would like to help lighten the financial burden of housing, flights, and medical expenses, since both are taking at least some unpaid leave from work. May God reward your generosity!
