Hi! My name is Jules. I’m a 19 year old transgender woman on my journey to become my true self. I am currently saving up for bottom surgery (vaginoplasty), which is a modern miracle of transgender care! Unfortunately, the procedure will be likely about $30,000, with no guarantee of any insurance coverage.

I am currently enrolled in Penn State University, but will be returning home and working indefinitely until I have a plan to get my procedure done.
