Hi. My name is Khanh, and I am starting this GoFundMe for my bestie/podcast partner Jules Montanez to help with her ongoing epilepsy battle.

As many of you may know, Jules was diagnosed with epilepsy at 17 years old, and has been living with seizures since. Her conditions have been worsening over the recent years, and she was in a coma last October due to having 10 continuous seizures. Since then, Jules has been in and out of the hospital, and she’s working with doctors to figure out the why and how to help her conditions. Even with changing and increasing her medicine, she’s still consistently having seizures.

Due to her unstable health conditions, she hasn’t been able to consistently work and has been under more stress to pay her bills and navigate her daily life. Although she’s had epilepsy since 17, she’s now having 5-10 continuous seizures more often, having seizures weekly and spending days in the hospital at a time.

This GoFundMe is to help Jules get back on her feet, get the help she needs to stop her seizures, and to help with the possibility of getting an epilepsy service dog. Any kind donation is appreciated.
