Hi, my name is Vanessa. Our dog JUICE got lost on December 30th, 2025, and 12 days later we found him thanks to the help of our community.

He was malnourished and hurt—his bones are visible and he wasn't putting any pressure on his left hind leg. At the vet, the x-rays showed a shattered leg and a bullet. Someone shot our baby.

He needs major surgery ASAP and the closest qualified veterinarians for it are in San Antonio or Houston and is estimated at about $8-10K. We found a more affordable option for his surgery which will now be in Mty, N.L., Mexico. It's approximately $1,600 plus the hospitalization for a few days of monitoring, food, medicines, check ups and travel. Our goal is to raise $2000 to help with most of this.

The vet said Juice is very resilient and a survivor, and we're so proud of him.
