Support Judith After Devastating Fire

Mark and I were shocked and deeply saddened to learn that following the passing of her lifelong partner, our friend and neighbor, the 14th Street block's beloved Judith Eloise Hooper, had lost $10,000 of cherished artwork in the fire that devastated a Red Hook artists' warehouse a few nights ago.

Judith is a loyal benefactor and contributor of the 14th Street Block Association, donating her multi media artwork to our raffles, and her time to running our events each year for 50 years.

Unsatisfied to just hug and attempt to console her, our grief and love has led us to create a Gofundme page for her.

Please join in making life a tiny bit easier in this time of unthinkable loss.
