Dear Friends

Those who know me personally already know and those who don't my sweet young partner Judas aka Sunbeam Boy is the gem of my heart. We have been ldr for four strong and beautiful years. He is 25 trans and living with multiple disabilities. He has finally got approved for a laparoscopic total hysterectomy with bilateral removal of tubes and ovaries.

His surgery is June 23rd.

This is a surgery that most trans masc folks would need later in life. That has actually held him back and been a challenge to get approved for at his age. He suffers from endometriosis and ehlers danlos syndrome and this surgery is crucial in lessening his body pain and allowing him to live his best life.

Currently Judas lives in Portland and I live in Brooklyn.

I'm requesting travel support so I can be with him before and after his surgery.

His home environment is not optimal for the kind of healing support he needs.

He can not use his core muscles or lift anything for two weeks after this surgery. His body is already challenged and he is so stoic and brave but admits he is scared and my loving support would certainly put him in safety and comfort.

I would need to secure us clean safe lodging for him to heal, most likely two weeks in a reasonable air BNB, I also need air travel to and from and support monies for food, extra expenses and both of us will be without working wages for these weeks.

I'm putting aside my career because I love him so much he means the absolute and total world to me.

Please help us if you can, I know many of us are in struggle right now.

Trans love is real love and we are both so grateful for any and all support we get.

Life is about the people you put your love and time into and I honestly won't be able to rest or function if I can't be there for my baby boy when he needs me the most.
