Hey! I'm Juan, founder of Slider of Legends — a Korean-Mexican fusion pop-up bringing the fire of bulgogi, birria, Korean elote, pork belly, and tinga straight to your hands in slider form. Our food is the kind that makes you stop mid-bite and say, "Damn, what IS this?!"

The Vision

Slider of Legends is more than just a food pop-up — it's a celebration of flavor, culture, and street food creativity. After successful test events and rave reviews, we're going full throttle with a portable kitchen setup that brings the best of Korean BBQ and Mexican street eats to LA, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.

We're building a pop-up that serves:

• Bulgogi, birria, pork belly, & tinga sliders
• Korean street corn (elote)
• Hand-cut fries with fusion toppings
• House-made drinks (like tamarind yuzu soda!)
